| In 2006, the latest additions add 23,000 SF of office area and 19,000 SF of manufacturing to the existing facility. Extensive master planning, land acquisition and site modification was necessary to increase production area and incorporate off site offices into the Apple Valley facility. The two story complex provides open, private and executive office space as well as conference rooms, training area, kitchen, and lunchroom facilities. | ||||

| In 1999, PDG designed a 11,400 SF facility containing offices, as well as training room/classroom, hands-on experience area and demonstration space with building installation mock-ups. The new addition augments Wirsbo’s thorough training of plumbing contractors and installers of radiant floor heating systems and PEX flexible pipe plumbing systems. | ||||
| Phase 2 Manufacturing Addition | In 1995, PDG designed a 16,800 SF manufacturing addition for extrusion equipment. Structural system was restudied (additional columns lower clear height) to make project more cost effective. | |||
| Phase 2B/3B Warehouse Addition | In 1996, PDG designed another addition that consisted of a new 31,500 SF warehouse. Project included five (5) loading dock doors and a new trash compactor system. | |||
