| The new Memorial
Field project consists of three primary components. These are the playing field, home and
visitors bleachers, and an entry building housing ticket sales, rest rooms, concessions,
and storage. The total project area of the new Memorial Field Stadium is 135,000 square
feet or about 3 acres on a 32 acre school-owned recreational green space.
The new field, designed to provide an exceptional high-grade competition surface for both football and soccer, is one of the premier school fields in the entire state. The new Memorial Field is a state-of-the-art sand-base turf system. An underground irrigation system with booster pump and automated control system is installed along with a turf draining system. |
