The office addition
is currently under construction and is scheduled to be complete the summer of 2002.
This addition doubled the office space for Faribault Foods and updated the office to ADA
requirements. |

The Cook Room project inserted a unifying
structural grid, overlaid upon multiple areas requiring new structural systems.
Implemented in precast concrete, new footings, steel columns, and precast concrete double
tees were juxtaposed with existing equipment, requiring only minor intervals of plant
"down" time. |
| Connecting Link |
The
Connecting Link project joined two separate production areas for improved circulation and
efficiency. By connecting the two buildings, a larger building unit was created which now
needed to be reexamined in its entirety with reference to egress, codes, and other
architectural issues. Fire separations and life safety issues were met or surpassed in an
economical structure that met prevailing regulations. |

The
Faribault Foods Warehouse expansion is a 44,000 square foot warehouse constructed in three
phases. The warehouse consists of storage, packaging and labeling, and office space.
