This aerial "before" photo depicts the project area at the lower right.  The majority of the 12 different roof systems visible were removed only after completion of the new steel and precast concrete structure and roof.  Also noticeable are the severe site limitations with restricted access from nearly all directions.
Unstable soils, the need for minimal impact upon adjacent structures, and a labyrinth of equipment are less apparent but critical factors challenging the project's success.
