Red Wing Wastewater Lab Office Building
Red Wing, Minnesota

Two story 8,000 sq. ft. lab/office building sited on a bend in the Mississippi River in Red Wing Minnesota. The site offered sweeping views of the river and challenged the design team with a 100-year flood level. The resulting exterior of the building is constructed with a poured in place concrete base to reduce exterior damage during times of high water table and floating trees. The building incorporated a first floor laboratory for wastewater treatment testing and second floor offices and conference room.
