Sibley Elementary School Renovation

Professional Design Group performed an investigative analysis of existing conditions. In consultation with the owner PDG assisted in determining the scope of work and setting the project budget. The project included a complete redesign of the main school entry. A new vestibule was added directly in front of the school office to increase security and meet accessibility standards. New HVAC systems were designed for the main office and media center. Demolition and replacement of ceilings and lighting throughout the affected areas was included as part of the new environmental systems installation.

In 2007 Professional Design Group assisted the owner with gym floor replacement at Sibley and Greenvale Elementary schools. The original poured flooring and sub-floor systems had failed at both schools. PDG assisted in selecting the proper flooring system, coordinated removal of failed flooring included patching and repair of sub-floors and installation of specified new wood gym floor system.
