The Design Team identified the space and physical improvement needs for the Fire Station, Police Headquarters, City Offices, Emergency Operation Services, Public Works and Recreation buildings. A comprehensive public involvement planning process helped determine which one of five consolidation combinations would best serve the City's future needs.
