City of Starbuck, MN

The overall plan to redevelop the City of Starbuck areas included residential, commercial and industrial developments, recreational improvements, and targeted tourists and seasonal attractions.The plan utilized the existing features of the area, most notably Lake Minnewaska, to assist in providing quality neighborhoods, commercial, industrial and recreational areas and other attractions that would draw families and businesses to the area.

PDG aided this effort by providing renderings and master plan designed around conceptual ideas brought to the table by the developer. Many areas were targeted including an expanded marina, marina facilities, retail space, restaurant, hotel, assisted living, condominiums, water park, RV park, and public gathering spaces.
