For over 100 years, Molin Concrete Products Company has been providing prestressed/precast concrete building products for the midwest area. The precast concrete manufacturer's needs grew for a new concrete batch plant and manufacturing addition, corporate offices, garage and maintenance facility, and employee lunchroom. In 1995 Professional Design Group was selected to provide a comprehensive six-phase masterplan for their 60 acre site in Lino Lakes. Since then, PDG has enjoyed a long standing relationship with Molin providing many services across multiple projects.
