Malt-O-Meal’s growth dictated that a new manufacturing facility be constructed to serve their qrowing product distribution to the southwestern United States. Professional Design Group assisted Malt-O-Meal in evaluating various sites from Texas to Utah. Criteria was developed and “tested” against real properties, preliminary cost estimates made for various localities, so that Malt-O-Meal could make a business decision regarding the sites.

Final site selection was made in Tremonton, Utah. The 160 acre Greenfield site development included: rail spur, utility extensions, rail unloading, utility building, 500,000 square foot processing, packaging and warehouse.
