This new Northfield Minnesota facility was a greenfield development consisting of 200,000 S.F. warehouse and truck maintenance facility. Program management included determining additional property to be purchased, vacating platted roadway, replatting of property, site development, and facility design. PDG provided architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering.
