Faribault Foods
Warehouse

The Faribault Foods Warehouse has been an ongoing project, consisting of three separate phases. The initial phase was a 44,000 square foot warehouse for cold storage constructed in 1996. Phase 1 consisted of three loading docks, toilets, office space, break room, and storage. In 1998, Phase 2 was added, identical in size to Phase 1. It includes an overhead door and an 11,000 square foot flexible storage area. In 2001, Faribault Foods added Phase 3 to the warehouse; a 55,000 square foot addition that incorporates five new dock doors with levelers, two offices, toilets and storage. The total warehouse size is currently 143,000 square feet. With a building of this size, and with several different occupancy types, a very simple building can quickly turn into a very complex building due to code issues. At PDG we pride ourselves in creating economical solutions for often complex and potentially costly problems.
