Larson’s Fabric Printing business growth prompted a building addition to add new production and retail space to their existing facility. Professional Design Group designed a three story addition (2573 s.f. per floor) with lower level production area, first floor level expanded retail space for Larson’s and leased retail space. As the project developed, the second level was designed for three “market rate” apartments. The exterior was designed to match the existing building and meet the City of Northfield’s “Westside Guidelines”.
