1899 City Hall was renovated (7,200 s.f.) to insure its continuing use by updating Mechanical, Electrical, Structural and Interior finishes to meet modern standards while maintaining its historical character.

A 7,500 s.f. addition was also constructed to include an elevator, new City Council chamber and office expansion space. Careful planning and design met current and future program requirements and integrated the new construction with the historical building.
