New Truck Maintenance Facility

Cemstone Products Company has been providing products and services for the upper midwest concrete industry since 1927. PDG has worked with this continually growing company since 1997. Projects include an addition to the Eagan office, Hastings plant, and maintanance facility at New Richmond.
Most recently Professional Design Group developed a truck maintenance facility adjacent to their existing ready-mix batch plant in Northfield, Minnesota to provide maintenance support for their fleet of vehicles.
The project consisted of three bay truck repair, 6,200 sq. ft. truck storage and related office, parts storage, oil storage, and lunch room areas.
To promote their product, Professional Design Group designed a 12,000 sq. ft. tilt-up concrete wall panel facility utilizing a Cemstone affiliated company for fabrication.
